"Claim it" is surf-slang at Windsurfclub Beekse Bergen. It means that
one made progress and did something new.
When we claim something we are happy with it! It can be a new freestyle move
or a jump. Or in the beginning it was the first jibe or tack...
For
me it is my objective to claim two things in the future:

sail as many double-decent wave-conditions as possible in good
waves, doing waverides, aerials, jumps and enjoy it as
much as possible!

reset / improve my own personal speed sailing record. At ISA-tour
events I did some runs over 65km/h over 500m and 77km/h topspeed. It's my objective
to go over 70km/h over 500m and 80km/h top in the near future!
It is just a matter of good conditions... especially with my latest speed boards!
